Clinard Engineering

Clinard Engineering Associates has been awarded numerous tranportation design projects ranging from small bridge replacements projects to major urban interstate reconstruction projects. Since the firms' inception, CEA has worked with the Tennessee Department of Transportation Project Planning Division to provide statewide transportation planning services throught the entire state. Additionally, the firm has provided professional environmental services for the TDOT Environmental Division in the areas of Stormwater Pollution and Prevention Plans development, Stormwater QA/QC and erosion control inspection services. Clinard Engineering Associates also staffs a structural design department responsible for providing complete bridge design services for both public and private clients. In 2006 CEA was selected for a five year indefinite delivery contract to provide engineering services to the Tennessee Department of Transportation Maintenance Division. In 2007 CEA added Site Planning and Design Services to the many great services provided to our clients.
